This guide shows you how to use Fucosoft iPhone Recovery to recover deleted files from iPhone/iPad directly, or from iTunes and iCloud backup.
Lost iPhone data due to accidental deletion, iOS update, or jailbreak? Fucosoft provides three recovery modes for you to retrieve lost or deleted files on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Here we’ll introduced these three ways separately. Please download and install Fucosoft iPhone Recovery on your computer at first.
Run this iPhone Recovery tool on your computer and connect your iPhone or iPad to it via USB cable. Tap on “Trust” option on your iPhone to complete the connection.
Now click “Start Scan” button to scan your iPhone or iPad to find out deleted file. The scanning process may last a few minutes, depending on the amount of data on the device.
After scanning, all files are listed as different categories on the left. You can preview all data and select those you want to recover, then click “Recover” button to export them to your computer.
Run iPhone Data Recovery, choose “Recover from iTunes Backup File” mode from the left panel. The program will display all iTunes backup files on this computer. Choose a backup and click “Start Scan” to extract it.
Fucosoft iPhone Recovery software will scan your iTunes backup and extract data from it. Wait a moment, the program will find out all iPhone data in the backup file, and list these extracted files into clear categories.
Now you can see the deleted files will be marked in red while the existing ones are in black. You can preview and select those files you want to recover, then click “Recover” button to export data from iTunes backup to your computer.
Choose “Recover from iCloud Backup File” mode from the left panel and enter your iCloud account and password to login. (We takes your privacy seriously and will never keep a record of any your Apple account info or content at any time during your sessions. )
After that, you will see all the iCloud backup files in your account. Choose the one that contains the data you want to recover and click on “Download” button. Afterwards, you need to choose the file types and click “Next” to begin scanning.
When the scan is completed, you can preview all data in the iCloud backup file. Check them one by one and choose the files you want to recover. Then click “Recover” button to save them on your computer.
